it allways has amazed me how so many people can not seperate their feelings about this war, or any of them really, and still appreciate what those people do/sacrifice every day for us.

i don't like the war, but any service persons i see i do say thanks to. i've had a few family members serve in prior wars so i'm glad to see others still serving and protecting us. i wish i could serve, but i can't.

I'm a military brat. I thank as many of our service men and women and their families whenever the opportunity happens. People may not agree with the war or the cause, but there's no reason not to at least support those who give their lives or put themselves in harms way for our freedom, as well as the families left at home.

interesting, if memory serves me correctly (and it's been over 10 years), isn't that the ASL sign for thank you?
