I was looking at using
http://www.vehiclemanager.com/ for tracking my maintenance but I would also love to find a site that helps me track fillups, MPG, etc. Anyone know of a website that does such a thing at all? Thanks,David

I go a simple route, I have a Google spreadsheet for fuel economy and one for maintenance so I can update the stuff wherever I may be. I do have an account at gassavers but I haven't been using it.

I use a small notebook that fits in my center top console. Info like filter numbers, lug nut torque, oil drain plug wrench size, serpintine belt routing, tire rotation direction etc. I put in the front cover, then I keep track of all gas mpg usage and periodic maintance in the pages. By the time the vehicle has 250K miles the little notebook is about used up.Why use a computer to do what a notebook and pen can do better? The notebook is handy when you need the info.

I just need to add the refrence data at the front of the notebook like you have ( A GREAT IDEA!! ).

I have an interactive Excel sheet that tracks maint. intervals, along with money spent on mods, unexpected repairs, mpg with a graph, overall cost, cost per mile, ect. pretty slick really. got it originally from a diesel site to use on my truck, but have been able to modify it to work on her last car, and my motorcycle as well. If you want I can shoot you a copy, and see if you like it.

Would anyone using an Excel spreadsheet be willing to share a template by email? Thanks.
