Just curious, what other Toyotas use the upcoming 2.4L engine in the '09 Vibe?

I think you mean Scion Tc, the Xa and Xb use a 1.5.

what about the corolla? they may use it for the type s or no?

The '08 Xb uses the 2.4L engine.

The Rav4 also has a 2.4L 4cyl in the base one, don't know if it's the same engine tho.
