Shawezzell.... Love it... I just say in one of the many mags I get... a Honda element with a 350-400hp, T-boed 4, RWD running the drift circuit...

wow...ccan't imaging wasting that kind of money and time on something so ugly but... beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

pretty sure thats one of the better sleepers ive ever seen nothing gives it away like having drag radials on the back of a front wheel drive car though...

shoulda put that in a vibe and yeah, thas definitely a good sleeper.my friend had an astro van with a modded corvette engine in it. it was most definitely a sleeper. i'll hafta see if he's got any pics of it

I love Astros (and own one, a rusty old AWD one though) there are guys on AstroSafariVans.com that have 502ci BB's in some... there is a guy here with one converted into a truck for some reason, and a guy near by that makes solid front axle conversions and lift kits for them... There used to be a guy that built on with some monster of a motor, mounted mid engine and it was like a 654ci beast he built for river boats racing (that was his business)

one of my fellow moderators on the legacygt.com forums has a BMW w/ LS1 motor. has 600 hp in the silly thing!

i believe it, m3's already boosted anyways, a company got a scion tc to 440 on stock internals...just think, that engine is going to be in the '09 vibe >:}

I know this is an old topic, but i stumbled here! I looked into a v8 for my vibe a long time ago, and it doesn't matter what people i called they wouldn't even consider the job, even the racing team that made the V8 Focus years ago with Shelby.

I want to do that to a Prius someday. Chevy V8 and internals, conversion to RWD, chassis strengthening, and the quietest exhaust ever to be put on V8, just to have the FULL surprise on those muscle cars...

Show someone some money, they'll talk to you.. some punk come in and talk of dreams, well, it's a waist of their time (i'm jus sayin that's how they look at it) Show them some money, things will change...
