Spark Plug Question

My Vibe has over 130,000 miles and im not sure when the plugs were changed so.......Which plugs are the best to use with this car. 2003 GT 6sp

use the stockers, they are the best for the car.

ngk iridiums im pretty sure

NGK or Denso (stock) iridiums, they're both made in the same factory.
