steering wheel hub

i just bought a momo steering wheel and hub for my vibe. the hub does not fit it is too big, should i return it and try to get a new one or take it to a machine shop. is there any possible way to make it fit myself? and if i do order a new one, which one should i buy? i ordered the one for pontiac all models. hope someone can help.thanks

I think you would be the first to replace a steering wheel, on the vibe that comes with an air bag, to one that doesn't. We all kinda like staying alive in a car accident.W e L c O m E.... BTW... post photos of your vibe before you get banned HAHAHAHA... JK

One for a Toyota Matrix might fit. Some of the Vibe is GM but mostly Toyota.

Most interior stuff is Toyota as well as most Engine parts. The sheetmetal and exterior components are different. But you will find similarities in things and differences, like:-Radios were the same until a certain year, I think 04 or 05 they changed them to be different. -Wheel spacing on lug nuts is the same-A/C compressor is a different size thus a different belt is usedJust a few quirky things like that.As for the steering wheel, I would return it, put the stock one back on and be done. I love my wheel but it is also the leather wrapped one, if you don't have it, I suggest opting for that style rather than the Momo. Plus not sure of your laws but I would def. fail inspection and get nasty tickets for that.
