Has anyone else installed a ProStart car starter to their Vibe? Any tips from those experienced with this?the installation instructions do not come with wiring diagrams and I am not very handy when it comes to electronics/electrical work. Even if someone had a link to a wiring diagram that would help me with the install that would be great!P.S. I have a 2003 manual transmission.

I had one on my '04 Vibe auto. I had it installed for around $100.00 at Future Shop. Don't let them tell you there's a chip in the key because there isn't. Messing with ignition wiring and such is way too risky for me, I let an installer do it. Some Canadian Tire stores will install them or they have an installer who comes in once or twice a week.

Hey there, ex installed one in my car, I have a 2003 Manual Vibe and it only took a day to do it just a few incorrect wires on the diagrams but we figured it all out. Mine is the 2 way with alarm and remote start it all works dandy, only thing i might be changing is the antenna for the system mine came with the one without the LED in it and i find the reception not to be as good as my boys with the LED in the antenna they are in the same spots each car. So that's the only complaint I have with those starters is the antenna but should be easily fixed with a different one. If you need help just let me know he can help you out we have pics and everything
