i bet the guy had been feedin the dog purina it's whole life, and the dog just saw this as an opportunity to get back at him. that dog deserves a pat on the head don't get it?? go here :

Okay now I have heard of some guys taking Fido out 'hunting' and Fido not coming back. Are they learning something here.

I'm not a hunter, just a target shooter, but shouldn't this guy have not had his trigger set before putting the gun down?I know this happens all too often, I've even heard of people who set their gun down against a fence with the barrel facing up when they climb over.
