Okay now I have heard of some guys taking Fido out 'hunting' and Fido not coming back. Are they learning something here.

I'm not a hunter, just a target shooter, but shouldn't this guy have not had his trigger set before putting the gun down?I know this happens all too often, I've even heard of people who set their gun down against a fence with the barrel facing up when they climb over.
