Stuttering problem at low RPM's

I have recently noticed that when I come to a stop and my RPM's drop below 1000, that my car starts to stutter like it wants to stall out. What could be causing this? I do have my schedueled with the local dealer to fix the converter problem, could that be causing this too?

Clean your IACV (located on the bottom of the Throttle Body). There is a walk-through on
