can anyone please tell me how to remove a bulb.on the passenger side there appears to be a little tab that maybe a screwdriver could get under. is that the way ?

Replacing those license plate lights is important here in Columbus, OH. There is at least one cop that will write you an expensive ticket for that infraction - whilst ignoring the 7-Eleven robbery taking place. It is a lot safer writing a ticket for a burned out light bulb than interrupting a robbery.
