electronic throttle control problems

my 05 base vibe, which has electronic throttle controll as you all know, has been acting up. At idle some times it drops to 600 or 500 rpms and vibrates terribly, however if I gently put my foot on the throttle It will raise up to 7 or 800 or wherever it used to be and stay there. sometimes when I go from reverse to drive It will stall. I was wondering if there is any contacts on the throttle pedal itself or any where else that can be cleaned or if any cleaning or adjustments can be made to the air idle control

If the DBW systems have an IACV valve on the throttle body, that would be my first area to clean.

Maybe spray the TB w/cleaner...........could be some crud build-up on the backside of the butterfly disrupting the air flow at idle.
