Well it took me longer than I expected, but I finally finished. I gave VivaVibe the Megiuar's 3 Step System. It actually worked out to 6 steps...1- Wash with Blue Coral Super Foam car wash2- Clay bar with Clay Magic bar and lube3- Wash again4- Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner5- Deep Crystal Polish6- Deep Crystal Carnauba WaxThe plan is to do another wax in a couple of days, possibly with Megiuar's Gold Class. When finishing each step it looks like it's as good as it can get. But, surprisingly each step adds more and more shine. Wow! Here are a couple of pix. It was getting dark, so they don't show the true gleam, so I'll take others when it's sunny. BTW, all done by hand, no buffer. I did a second wax using the Deep Crystal Carnauba again.

Be careful with the white paint, it's single stage paint, not cleared. Same for the bright red. A freind of mine had a red Supra years ago, he colour-sanded it and Clear coated it......looked like a totally different car.

I think TN means you don't have clear coat. But, you had your car re-painted right? Do you know what they did? Better find out. I'd be glad to help you do a good detail wax job.

I clayed, cleaned polished and waxed the crap out of it, but, it's still a COOOOL satin finish... I guess my grandma never washing it in Buffalo's acid rain did the "satin" job for me... lol...I actually kinda like the satin... it still beads up water like the back of a duck, but, it's not shiny at all....

waxing wont do anything for the satin finish you talk of. Time to upgrade to a Mikita or DeWalt buffer wheel with a wool pad and do some cutting. I only reccommend cutting to people who have experience, or buy a panel and try it on there first. It is fairy easy to burn the paint with this stuff.

I washed and waxed Tronic today i found some Meg...Wash and Wax with the paste wax did it 2 times and found out that it actually did some good (she`s shiny) oh to answer your questions they said they painted it single stage like the factory specs says but imma get them to sand it an spray it with clear here soon....maybe that will keep her gleaming (the crazy thing that gets me is that people stil walk up to me an ask me is that one of those "new" vibes and all i can do is laugh is say yep...lol 99,845 miles later..l
