left signals+ interior out

The left signals are out on my 04 Vibe. It was night when I noticed and the front parking light was on, which threw me off and made me think the rear was out. Bought new bulb...nope.The instrument cluster arrow doesn't light at all. The rear signal and front signal don't light, not on left signal or emergency hazards. Right side works fine. Note: front left parking light works. Is the front a two element bulb?I'm used to the dash arrow staying on and the good bulb, front or rear, staying on when a bulb goes out. Maybe it is a fault in the signal stalk? Need a clue, thanks.

I didn't have a puller but.....The problem is only on the left side. There is only one fuse for hazard/signal in the engine bay fuse block. 10Amp. Where are the flashers for signal and emergency hazard?I don't believe the problem to be flashers either as the problem crosses both. Unless there is only one flasher for both. I'm used to there being two separate flashers.

one single flasher relay handles both turn and hazard and I'd guess it is the flasher relay, which should be on the left side, perhaps pull out the storage bin left of the steering wheel, look/listen/feel while the hazards are flashing. Its either that or some bizarre wiring issue, so try the easy thing first.I think the front turn signal/running lights are two filament bulbs

The relay is behind the left sotrage bin. Once you pop it off, if the internals are the same as the Matrix, it will be a relay on the far left of the block you see right behind the storage bay.

Okay, it isn't the front bulb either, and I found the flasher. I can't figure out how to unclip the durn thing but I found it.But does a flasher fail on one side only? Seems odd to me!!So I go into the part store and tell the clerk, "Yes, my flasher has failed on the left side."Very odd to me.

Looks like I'll be paying the Toyota dealer big bucks. My GM dealer that sold me the car can kiss off. Been a lot of troubles with this car. Love the looks but so far it has been a lemon.Door actuator, radio, alignment, purge solenoid, mileage, tires, now signal switch ?At least my moon roof cover stays put when the brakes are used hard huh?

Yes!!!!! Toyota flashers fail on one side. The dealer had never even seen a newer toyota flasher fail, period. So....After $87/hr labor and $60 for the flasher...I'm a well screwed over person with a working flasher.
