Has anyone experienced a rattle that occurs when you have the moon roof cover open? It still does it, barely when closed, but it can be quite annoying when open. Just wondering if anyone has come up with a solution.

No Problems here. I seldom close it, except on a hot sunny summer day when I'm cranking the A/C.
