Do I just do this by tightening up the throttle cable or do we have an idle-adjust screw? I want to adjust mine tonight and want to make sure. Thanks!

Ya, that does me no good. They basically ask the same question but nobody gives a definitive answer. So does anybody know how to do this? My throttle cable has a little play so I was going to tighten it up but those two bolts on it that secure it to the support, only one is turnable, the other one basically seems like it is welded on and can't turn........so that does me no good. I know you can adjust a lower bolt that would change the distance of the striker but I think that is a no-no as it could modify the butterfly valve at idle............eh, this is annoying.

i say just leave it..next time you're in a dealership ask if they can adjust it..they wont charge you for it cause im sure it's really simple to do

The easiest thing to do,buy yourself a Weapon R Throttle rotor. If you don't want to screw around with the adjustments, this is the way to go.It gives your four ranges of easy adjustments.I think they are $50,well worth the money.

Well, like they say, a pic is worth 1K words. Anyone got a pic of a '04-'03 TB showing the idle speed adjustment screw?

Hi Petrucci...I believe someone had a thread a year or so ago about tightening the throttle cable because I ended up doing it as well, I've searched and went back over 2 years and can't find it. Maybe it was longer ago than that.tangerine in this thread... http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=18683 said he adjusted his cable. Oh wait... I think I found it way back to 2003. http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=5459. This might help you too.Dave
