Hmm, Well Buick is really coming back, their designs are breaking through to a little younger generation, typically its been driven by grandma that goes 20 below the speed limit. NOw they actually have style and power...im 21 and I even think some of the new cars are nice.

Oh yeah, Buick definitely isn't new to this performance stuff. They've had some better days than they're having now for the go-fast stuff... mmm, Grand National... Anywho, good to see Buick is doing well. I have to wonder though, if the owners are just blind and deaf to things due to their age so stuff that goes wrong never gets reported? The platform-mates of insert buick model here usually perform poorer in these surveys, and it's all the same hardware for the most part. *shrug*It is bad news for Lexus... Toyota's been slipping a bit as of lately in these surveys. Probably so focused on becoming #1 that they have lost sight of what made them popular, which is quality and stuff. Oops!

you have to look at who did the studies though... J.D. power and associates.. personally i think they are on the payroll for one of the top american car makers because i just read another story the did and it said ford was of better quality then toyota... and i couldn't help but laugh. if you want unbiased opinions pick up a consumer reports.for examplehttp://autos.msn.com/advice/ar...=2893

It could also be argued though, that CR is in bed with Honyota. They're mighty friendly toward them and hateful toward just about everybody else. lol!

LOL, I guess I never knew Buicks actually had horsepower under the hood, I've always seen 85yr old grandma's going like 1mph in these things. Sorry djb383

A long time friend has a '87 Buick GN with a few mods, mainly to the turbo itself. Now get a load of this. He drives it to the track, windows up, a/c on and gets 26 mpg. Once at the track, it runs 11.00s (again, modified turbo) in the 1/4 all afternoon long and then he drives back home, windows up and a/c on. It is incredibly docile, and quiet, as a daily driver but when the boost comes up the beast is released. (EDIT), I forgot, those times are with cheater slicks.

i always thought that Buick was for the older than 40 generation. But the Lucrene is HOTT!! and the ENCLAVE is the nicest loooking SUV and it really isnt that expensive. Im really loving Buick these days!!
