It will be Hurricane Dean by Friday. It is expected to strengthen over the next few days and reach at least Category 3. Still no clue where it's going after it enters the Caribbean.

Here in Houston, right smack in the middle of Erin at 1pm on Thursday.Lots of rain.... lots of localized flooding.... a little wind at times.... a HUGE relief from sweltering temps. My a/c in my house costs about $10 per day to run... yep, minimum $300 electric bill during the June - Sept hot months.I may actually be able to keep the units off today and save some $$ !!
