cai for matrix and vibe?

I have an '04 base vibe with an intake system that I am going to be parting with shortly. Will this fit an '04 matrix as well and will it fit any other years also? I'm curious so I can list it correctly without error, hopefully here, on ebay, or matrix owners.

It will fit '03 and '04 Vibe only. I'm not sure about which year the Matrix changed to drive by wire.

it will fit any vibe and matrix from 03-04. There are some 2005 vibe/matrix's that do NOT have dbw and it will fit them.

My 05 AWD does not have DBW.
