Need help with Cosmoracing Short ram air intake!

Recently i notice strange noise from the air intake, and believe or not the intake tube has a hole, can i purchase the tube itself? i brought the short ram air intake about 1 year ago, is there any warranty from cosmoracing that covers it. thank[IMG][/IMG][IMG] [/IMG]

You should contact Cosmo for your answers. It looks like a wear mark or something fell on it. In which case it would not be covered.

Are you talking about the 2 holes.Looks like you have an aluminum munching monster living in your engine bay.I don't think Cosmo will warranty that.

thats weird..2 holes..almost the same size..and thats on the underside of the tube isnt it?..thats messed

it is actually one hole, i know for sure that the handle of whatever you wanna called it was rip off due to the extreme pressure. the handle is the one that holds the intake down tight.

Ok, i get it, the mounting bracket broke off, taking a large chunk of the pipe with it... Looks like a manufacturing issue to mee, the aluminum arounf the weld got brittle durning the welding and failed, but not at the weld, but around it... I'd be sending pics to them and asking what they want to do about it... ASAP
