best place steve i would check first is a scrap yard like A-1 Imports (thats where i got my engine from) in south austin, then i would go to the dealer or GMparts direct (i believe thats how you spell it ).OT:oh and dont forget steve that were are having a meet in Oct. in Dallas and we are getting everything finallized, if you are able to come please lets us know by PM's or by goin over to the US south central threads and lets us know there

Call up your local glass/windshield provider. They should have them or be able to order them. If you recently replaced the windshield, this part should've been part of the install...

I agree, junkyard or glass/windsheild is a good idea. I tried to get a piece from the dealership and they wanted 40 bucks of the roof rack tiny plastic piece...I got it from the autobody place when my car was getting fixed for 19.
