Maybe an early model 04. Check the manufacture date on the door.

The two-tone is standard. The monotone is an option (package).

Quote, originally posted by Whitestang01 ยป What years or model Vibes are these??ThanksAll years and models, including the 03, are standard with the two tone, or gray cladding. All years and models, including the 03, have a factory installed option, I think it is called the Monotone Appearance Package, that gives you cladding painted to match the rest of the car. There is a cost for this option package, but if you are looking at buying used, then it's availability is pretty much a matter of chance.Mine has gray cladding, since I bought from dealer stock and other options were more important. I rationalize it that if I ever needed to replace any of the cladding parts, it would be easier to find them, no color matching, no custom painting, just grab some from a junkyard and slap them on. However, since I haven't ever needed to replace any of them, it hasn't really mattered.

When I bought the Vibe in 03.The dealer couldn't find a Salsa in monotone.I have no regrets buying the 2 tone.I have to say,my 2 tone looks better than most monotones.
