Hi.Was wondering if any of you vibe enthousiast of the montreal region (or further if there is a possibility..) know any place where we could play a bit with the vibe without fear of losing some precious points/$$ I dont really mean to run till the limit of the speedo.. rather some 0-100km/quarter miles...I know for the drag strip but i'm not sure i would like the experience.. I'll have to go check before trying my chance there... But i guess if someone would have a private long parking or something like that i would be ok and good fun. dont know if you have familiar with the montreal region... Near boulevard angrignon and the 20/Decarie.. There is an old CP/CN track that now is only a looooong ciment strip. I've already seen cone and things that made me think that i'm not the only one to think that this would make a good place to play...
http://maps.google.ca/maps?hl=...&om=1But if anyone knows a better place where we could safely have fun.. i'm very very open!

I would go to the drag strip instead. It is safer, the road there is made for racing and it can cost only 7$!Check it out:

Je sais pas s'il reste encore de la place:http://www.clubcorollaquebec.c...=1867C'est à Mécaglisse, près de St-Donat. J'ai participé au dernier événement et cela était super cool. Très sécuritaire comme environnement.Au pire je crois qu'ils en font un autre plus tard cet été...Edit for english version:I don't know if there are still places available:http://www.clubcorollaquebec.c...=1867It's at Mecaglisse, near St-Donat. I made it to there last day and it was very cool. There's a lot of sand on each side of the track, so security is golden there.Worst case scenario, they are having another of those days at the end of summer...

Cool that seems interesting.... I'll check into that. Must admit that drag strip does seems to be the best option but was wondering if anyone had tested other possiblity. The clubcorrolla comes has an interesting option.
