My driver side fog lamp was broken today. A rock flew up from the road as I was driving. I am glad it didn't hit the windshield!Has anyone else replaced a fog lamp? If so, is it difficult?

Prepare for a giant sucking noise from your wallet. Those Fog lamps run around $150/ EACH.Then you'll want a set of Tool_Guy's Foglamp protectors. You also may want to choose to go aftermarket.Or check E-bay or slavage yards for a better priced OEM foglamp.

#1 Go to the For/Sale Forum and pm MiVibeToolGuy and get a set of covers for like $20.http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=29137#2 Go to Ebay and pickup either a used one or a OEM remake for about $60-$70. Save yourself the $150 price tag, I have one and it is just as good as stock, identical actually.#3 Install and removal are easy, there is one screw at the bottom back of the lamp that has a nylon case around it. Just keep unscrewing it until the lamp loosens and pop the holding tabs on the side out. That screw also adjusts the height as well.

I am replacing my lamps with another set of HIRs like I have in the low beams, you can do that for your fogs cause you use a 9006 like me.
