Went to Discount tire today to look for some new tires. Settled on a set of BFG g-Force sports in a 225 width:
http://www.discounttire.com/dt...TAHZIor some Nittos:
http://www.discounttire.com/dt...ITHZ3Looking at about 580 installed on both anyone had experience with either of these tires? I'm looking for awesome dry performance and fair wet weather performance. How wide can I go on the stock 17" rims?Well on to the good part, had to get my money outa these Kumhos cause they never did anything good on the road. Going to tear um up more tomorrow before i go in to get the new ones enjoy.

225 is about the limit on the stock rim. $580.00 is high. I got my Nitto Neo Gens for $404.00 USD delivered and $40.00 Can for install.http://www.discounttiredirect....ALHZ1The G-Force are $120.00 ea.http://www.discounttiredirect....ALHZ1Get them shipped to you. You don't pay tax and they'll arrive in 2-3 days from their Texas warehouse.

Well if I buy them there i get free lifetime rotation and balancing and free prorated road hazard. I will call them tomorrow and see how much it is for mounting and balancing and if they will give me road hazard on them.

Though i like the BFGs they are aweful expensive... I've owned a set of the Nitto NT-450 and i LOVED them... I can't believe the price they are getting for them though...crazy.. My suggestion considering your other choices would be the Kumho SPT http://www.discounttiredirect....UMHV7I've owned a few sets of Kumhos and they have been the best all around tire i've ever owned, those tires get high remarks on my Subaru board

If you want an opinion on either of hte two you suggested I don't know which is better but I have the General Exclaim UHPs on my Vibe now and those are outstanding. I can hardly break them loose in the rain....very good at sticking to the street.

Nice Burnout Clip, do you have any more? I see there are more burnout marks on the pavement then just the one. do you have a pic of the BFG's?
