we just got back from watching it. great movie (and yes, i loved the first 3). but yes, that would be scary as hell if something like that actually did happen.

haven't seen it yet, but i'm disapointed about the PG-13 rating. john mcclain usually has a severe potty mouth.

The Die Hard series should have just died off already. IMO...

The new one didn't disapoint me. Plenty of humor too. Plus the "I'm a MAC" kid is pretty funny.

DMAXX, i have a feeling you would enjoy this movie as much as we did. couldn't stop laughing. granted, there were a few unrealistic parts, but still... funny and great. at least in his movies, he gets his (removed) beat where most hero type movies, the good guy never gets hurt or beat to a bloody pulp. in that regards, more realistic.

he was bloody in about the first 15 minutes. yippie kai yay! and if a firesale actually happed, i would laugh. but for the most part it would suck. everyone would be all panicy and going nuts. "no iphone service, oh noes! daddy make it work!". plus traffic would be shut down so it'll be hard to get the vibe anywhere to properly loot.

Definitely won't win no Oscars, but it was a very entertaining movie. I would put it as the second best one after the first and just ahead of the third.
