Headlamp adjustment

I really hate the stock headlamps. I will be using silverstars very soon, but not sure if that's gonna help the fact that the light beam dosen't reach very far. Is there a way to adjust the height of the beam? most cars there is, and I see a screw that looks like it may be for adjustment, but can't tell for sure and I'm not gonna try it and break something. Replacing the foglamps with 9005 silverstars (yes, I know, I was supposed to use a 9006 bulb ) was awesome, but by their very nature foglamps don't progect much. It looks silly with my foglamps being three times brighter than my headlamps. Also, has anyone ever mounted driving lights in the center grille? I don't want to cut, but it would be a cool mod.

If it's anything like the Matrix, which most cars are fairly similar. There will be a bolt, typically either 8mm or 10mm. They can be quirky to get to, but they are right in the back of the headlamp and fairly noticeable. If you turn it one way it lowers, the other raises. Recommendation is to do it at dusk or night with a flashlight and approximately 15-20ft away from a flat wall. This will ensure your being level when adjusting.

That's what I thought that bolt was for. Always afraid to play with stuff for the first couple of months. I use theis method (attached .pdf) to set the headlamps, and it's never steered me wrong. I used to do it visually by eyeballing it, but ended up setting them too high, then when I installed the silverstars everyone was flashing me. with this measurment, they end up exactly right. Don't know why they don't set them like this from the factory, they always seem to set the headlamps low.

Armada is a bit south of Imlay City, and east about halfway to port huron. I'm right close to Romeo, which IIRC is considered the orchard capital of MI.
