If NHTSA gets a complaint on a car, they are all listed on this website: http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/probl ... rch.cfmAll the stuff on the Vibe has been encountered by GenVibe members already, I think, but cool to check out other cars too.I am going to contact them to see if they know of a Canadian equivalent.UPDATE: To report defects in Canada, call Transport Canada at 1-800-333-0510. They also list recalls on their website (http://www.tc.gc.ca/roadsafety/recalls/recintro_e.htm)

Right, those are good links too to investigate problems. I tried phoning that Jeff guy, but the # was no longer in service.

If you are willing, try looking up other documents from NHTSA to get other Quality Managers (Product Managers) from GM and maybe a phone call to them can lead you in the right direction to finding the appropriate Vibe personnel.

I think I've been very courteous and respectful of their feelings, despite their (IMHO) incompetency. I always say "Please" and "Thank you", but I've also been firm when I know they are trying to pull a fast one on me.I just don't want them to think that they can treat me like an idiot because I'm capable of bearing children.

It's amazing what a little person will do when they feel backed into a corner.Anyway, back on the topic -- I've had great success reporting my complaint with Transport Canada. I wouldn't make this my first step, but as a last resort, they sure seem to have gotten some action, in my case.
