if im right my 05 have 9003 for its headlights, is the standard 9011/9012 able to be modified to fit? and the fog lights are 9006, so i can put them in there too?

The only way to get a 9012 HIR to fit your bulb would be to cut the 9003 harness and wire in a 9006 one. It should be noted that 9012=9006 low beam9011=9005 high beam9003 bulbs are a dual filament high/low on the Vibes. I know you guys unfortunately cannot get these bulbs as of yet, not sure if they will make them or not. But just so you can see the difference they make. A company named Raybirg or Polarg was making an HIR bulb in different sizes, I have yet to find them online, but it may take some more searching.
