One of the reasons I bought this vehicle was that I could get a drum set in it. I haven't loaded it up yet, but I'm sure it can hold a lot. Any other musicians out there?
My sons's 5pc TAMA kit fit in no problem, with room left for his bassist's hardware. No place left for the bassist to sit with the rear seat down...but details...details...

Fit my entire PA system plus two guitars, a bass, assorted gig bags and a cute roadie/groupie in the front passenger seat! Don't think you'll have any problems getting a drum kit in there. On a related topic...that's one impressive list of artists you've performed with. How was your experience with Manhattan Transfer?
Hon says no problem. He's a bassist, but his brother's a drummer. He said you could fit it in the back with the seats down. He's put his other drummer friend's equipment in the back of his jetta, but I'm sure the Vibe would be MUCH easier....an asset for musicians, or anyone else!
My electronic set fits perfectly in the back with the seat folded down. I'm tempted to bring it to a GenVibe meet just to prove that it fits and I could play it through the car.
Some things in life are badThey can really make you madOther things just make you swear and curse. When you're chewing on life's gristleDon't grumble, give a whistleAnd this'll help things turn out for the best...And...always look on the bright side of life...
The Manhattan Transfer are very nice people. Here is a picture from the audition. Here is a picture of the little set I've been doing a lot of my gigs with.
