Anyone have an idea what could be causing this?I hear a slight grinding noise coming from the front left wheel area when the car moves forward for the first time in the morning. It goes away. But then when I'm on the highway at a high speed, i can hear more of a whistling noise from the same area.Any ideas?

You would be amazed, especially if its humid, muggy, damp and the car sat all night. Be a little careful with braking first thing in the AM when this happens because the brakes do not perform like they should when coated with a film of rust. No worries though, 3-4 stops should get them clean.Whistling. That does not sound like an issue with the brake. Did you check all your undercarriage cladding and wheel well trim. Could be a loose piece that is catching wind.
