Annual Alaska NASIOC AKIC Portage Cruise and Photoshoot

We have an annual cruise out to Portage and Girdwood every year. This year, we had one in winter (not ever again!) and yesterday. Usually we have it in June, but this year there are too many events so we had to do it sooner. Great turn out, we did suffer one WRX casualty in the beginning due to an idiot driver who sideswiped one of the cars.These pics are a collection of many of the Nasioc AKIC members who came to the event.First some rolling shots at McHughe Creek taken by our eurotuner friend:Bird Creek:We had a Trooper stop by to see what was going on and lined up with us:Birds Eye View:

I LOVE the shot with the Trooper's car...just don't see that happenin' here in Texas.

ya, he was pretty cool. kept asking if the 08 WRX's have come out. wanted to check them out. LOL

the scenery out there is incredible..I mean truly incredible..you guys are really lucky to be able to enjoy that on a regular basis

this is one of my fave pics from the cruise. I wish he'd put his lights on for us, but we didn't want to push it.
