1) It will never be produced2) The new GTIs I think are fugly (nothing beats the looks of the last gen R32)3) You will experience gobs of electrical issues and spend most of your time at the dealer.

The new ones bother me with the cladding in the back. They also seem to remind me of the 01-05 Civic Si styling to a degree. I do love the wheels on that car though.

That car is nothing to be proud of. Only getting 650hp out of a Twin Turbo W12 engine. Spend less time on the nasty body and more time getting some real power.

i figure 650hp, 3.7 0-100km/h, 202 mph is good by me... mid-engine, twin turbos, this thing is sick.

Yeah, I was drooling over that GTI concept too! Make mine flat black, though, for those stealthy 200mph runs to the grocery store in the middle of the night. The 650hp engine is basically two 15-degree narrow angle 'V' VR-6 engines stuck together, side by side to form a 'W'. A 600hp W-12 engine has been shown in their concept VW Coupe and VW Roadster as long ago as October 2001.A W-16 1000hp version of the W-12 engine is used in the 250 mph Bugatti EB 16·4 Veyron.VW Coupe -->

My gf's...oops I mean fience's 2002 Cabrio GLX had major major issues. Turn the car on then try and use the A/C. Wipers came on, lights came on, A/C didnt work though. Not to mention her muffler was falling apart at only 50,000.My brothers 00' Jetta GLS 1.8T, the Monsoon system would somehow trigger the blinkers to go off.His 03' Jetta GLS 1.8T w/ leather and mp3 keg had another huge issue. Not electrical, but he did have to have the front wheel bearings replaced at only 30,000.

That car looks bad (removed). VW is starting to grow on me. I never used to like them, thought they were really overpriced for what you got, but the new design of the Golf and the Rabbit are nice.
