There was a thread around here somewhere that shows one that is out. I can't imagine it's hard by looking at it.HOWEVER, if you decide to take it out... would you be willing to sell it???

If your getting rid of it for a aftermarket setup Ill buy the plastic molding and basically everything for it and trade you the stock paneling.

I removed mine and installed a pioneer shallow 10" sub under the back panel next to the spare tire. You can't even see my sub, it is totally stealth. The factory sub comes out easily. All you have to do is remove the rear side panel in front of the sub. You have to remove the storage lid for the spare tire compartment, the small storage lid and bin behind the rear seat and loosen the plastic trim by the door right rear door. You also have to remove the 4 tie down hooks on the right side. Then the panel pops right out. The sub is secured by several bolts. Maybe 5 or 6 but it is pretty obvious when you get in there. All the bolts for the deck lid and storage bin behind the rear seat are in obvious locations. There are no tricky, hidden screws or bolts. Sorry Whelan, I use the empty speaker grille as a port for my sub to emit bass since it is hidden behind that area.
