Ive been looking at getting or making one of these! I ask Weapon-R if they were making one for the corolla/trix/vibe and they said no. Then asked if I could buy just the damper so I could make my own brackets and got no response. These are good for automatics because autos dont have the esmm's (after market engine mounts) like the manual does. If it was a resonable price Id get one, or atleast the damper to make my own moutn kit.

Ya, I wonder how hard it would be to make the brackets. How much does Weapon-R charge because those Ingall ones are rediculously expensive.

weapon r wont quote me on just the damper, but for a kit that should be a good fit after fabbing brackets:SCION XB / XA 2003-05 959-111-103 $160 SCION TC 2004+ 959-111-114 $200 So they are cheaper but I am unsure of weapon r's quality on the damper itself.I could probably have my uncle fab the brackets if I got a damper no problem. But the Ingall damper looks to have better quality than the weapon r one :s I suppose you do get what you pay for.

Looks like it needs diy brackets or something that makes it hard to install? so...i guess we are still on the look out :/ When i get some time ill see if my uncle can help me fab some brackets, just need a damper to test them on :s

I believe it's designed to screw onto the side of the block and then onto the firewall. That picture shows all that you need. It all depends where they choose to install it on the car. But I'm not 100% sure.

These guys screwed me over big time. I was contacted about my R56 Mini Cooper S. They wanted to borrow my car to take some measurements and make some new products. They would then call me back in a few months for a fitting, I would drive on the new parts for month, give them feedback and I would keep the prototypes. So I took my car up to them since they are local. They kept the car for almost a week. When i got it back the gear shift knob was loose, which later it turned out to be broken. Last month when I was under the Mini I noticed that one of the body plates under the driver side front wheel is missing (several bolts hold it on so it did not fall off), and the clamp that slides and holds the intake vacuum hose is missing. Its been 6 months now and no contact, no reply to emails or anything.Do NOT do business with these guys.
