Remote Rocker Switch

i just purchased aftermarket fog lamps that came with the standard rocker switch, there isnt enough wire to make it to the dash. Does any company make a rocker switch that can be turned on with a remote/fob? So i can leave everything under the hood instead of buying more wire to go into the cabin... Thanx!

They do, but they, from what i understand, are extremely unreliable.Plus buying wire is a hell of a lot cheaper then buying a whole new lighting system.

do you know if they sell a kit that i can just add on to it to make it longer, or should i use just the same size wire?

if you just use the same gauge wire, you should be able to extend it however far you need to reach where you want to put the switch. make sure you either use heat shrink tubing or get a good insulating wrap with some electrical tape on the joints (assuming you're soldering, not using crimp-on connectors).
