Anyone know where I can get access to the TSBs for free? It is rediculous that places charge you for something you have a right to see.

TSB is in a way... privilaged information from the manufacture to service techs to aid them in diagnosing and repairing concerns that match certain complains. If you read the fine print of one they state these are NOT recalls and up to service departments/tech to decide on a case per case basis if it even applies. I don't see a reason these should be free to the general public if its not a repair facility doing the repair... just my humble opinion.

the last time I checked the NHTSA site, they would show the TSB titles, but not hte full text.through my state library system, I can access a databse that lists TSBs as PDFs. From my library system, it shows up as a Auto Repair Reference Center, but is on something called an EBSCO host. I can't tell, but you badgers might be able to also, from the EBSCOhost link at
http://www.badgerlink.net/ Requires a login, I bet your local library reference desk can help you figure out how to access it.
