Looking at this:http://www.amazon.com/Hella-Su...r=8-1That connector doesn't look anything like the one on the horn on my Vibe. How do I connect it?I'm tired of the Wollo (SP?) horns that I got at Checker, they're not getting me noticed either.

See that's what I'm wondering about, his pictures show different connectors than the ones in the picture I found. Now what?

I installed the same horns on my 06 Vibe. The plug on the factory harness is a single female plug. You can use your standard male plug (found at ANY store, walmart, k-mart, Autozone, Advanced Auto). I would try to use nothing less than 18guage wire to make your piggy backs and grounds. Just make sure you get the matching guage plugs. Follow the instructions in the PDF provided. I have wired the horns with and WITHOUT using the supplied relay. There isn't much of a difference. I ended up using the set up with out the relay wired in. It's a very simple install. On page 4 of the PDF They do make a wire plug "Y" adaptor so you don't need to do a pig tail like they have shown. If you are confused I can take a picture of Mine and post it for you if you like...

Sounds simple enough. How hard is it to drill a hole into the frame to hang the other horn from? How do you make sure you don't overshoot and hit the radiator?

make sure you have a VERY SHARP bit.. if you have to .. buy a new one just to be sure... and drill slow... very slow.. once you have started the hole. You could also find something to put infront of the rad just so you don't go into it. The first photo is an install of the HID's in my fog lights... YOU DO NOT have to take the front clip off the car to do this install but you do need to take out the front grills.

they just pop off, i actually got them off without taking the bumper off and put them back in after painting them. Its the chrome trim thats a PITA to take off.both grilles are hooked together too, so ull have to seperate them before you take them out.when i paint katies (if i ever do) ill post pics (if i can remember) haha.
