Changed my original Denso iridium SK20R11's with the Denso iridium IK20's and noticed.....no difference. Just curious what people noticed when they changed theirs? I was reading other threads on the subject and they noticed better idle and performance. I noticed....nothing. LOL

what mileage did u change urs at? maybe there was no damage to ur previous ones?I know that I noticed a muuuch more consistent idle. No more bobbing or trying to decide where it stays. And overall the car just felt smoother to me

Hi Dope,I did this same change in Nov of 2005. Didn't notice too much at first though it did seem to idle better. It had been idling low like around 500rpm then jumping up over 1k then back down again 2 or 3 times when I came to a stop. but this only happened maybe once during a trip, then it would be ok.Now, I don't notice that so much but I have noticed a decrease in MPG of at least 2. I did several things around the same time so I doubt it was just the plugs. I went from a 235 to a 245 tire, so maybe I have a bit more rolling resistance as well. I am going to change the plugs when it gets a bit warmer this Spring. Thinking about trying either the NGK comparable plugs or maybe th Bosch fusion plugs. I may buy both, try the bosch and if they suck, immediately switch to the NGK.Dave

Mine idled better and started faster. I replaced my stock ones at 48k miles and they were pretty dirty. This was also in December 2006 so I really noticed the difference in the cold weather.

The car has 77K miles on it. The plugs werent in bad shape. Looks like a little carbon (Or whatevr the blackish powder is) and a little white powder. Maybe there was a difference, I just didnt notice it.
