rock plastic siding!

took my car thru the dealership automated car wash today! wont do that again....i have got road rash really bad near the rear wheels..i have flaps on now, but, jeez, after only 1000mi and she looks like i drove it on Alcan Hiway!! what can i put on the gray siding to keep it from dulling and add protection too?
