I have to take a trip in this icy crappy weather to Tiffany's in Westport, CT, down the road from where I work and grab something I've been eyeing online. Then she is making me dinner tonight, awesomeness! Two more days till my Bday! And BTW, the weather is AWESOME, why, because my AWD rules!!! It's saved my *** more than a few times today

I find it funny that she makes dinner for me every night after work.... but for some reason tonights dinner is suppost to be special cause it's valentines day. I know she will put extra thought into it and everything, just something to think about.I will do the usual flowers, and MAYBE some candy, but I am saving most of the "suprises" for Friday (I can't say cause she lurks on here every now and then, lol)

unfortunatly for me... when my wife decides she wants something... she gets it or forces me to get it for her. which means when I think of something to get her for a specific holiday... usually she ends up getting it early. (makes christmas a nightmare...) Anyway... so I ended up getting her the usual card, a valentines gift basket and a heart full of chocolate. At least she didn't already have that.

Funny thing too is that today is Wednesday. Also known as ...ahem.....Hump day....... lol. From Wikipedia:An English language idiom for Wednesday is "hump day", a reference to making it through to the middle of the work week as getting "over the hump", as well as a possible double entendre. It is also unofficially (and with some irony) referred to as "the peak of the week".

Hmm...hump day... I received a phone call from my wife stating that plans will change tonight. (retail manager) Due to a phone call, she now needs to help cover an evening shift so plans change. (phew....I didn't have plans) Piece of cake now......pick up a heart shaped pizza (as cheesy as it sounds....we did that on our very first valentine's day dating) and her favorite ice cream creation from Cold Stone and surprise her at work with a delicious supper! She'll be more than shocked as she felt so bad she thought she screwed things up.By the way BC...where are you doing the irish folk dance lesson at?

Nothing going on in my house. Hubby is in the States on business. We're going out to dinner on Saturday though to my favorite restaurant.

Hey thanks BC!!That looks like one neat place to go visit. I am sure the wife and I will have to check it out sometime. Never knew it existed....seems as no matter how much I explore the city and find new things...there is always a ton more out there.

I got a DIY LED heart kit and 16 character 24LED text scrolling DIY kit and was not able to finish soldering them together in time for today to give to this girl I like but she knows and said it would be okay to give them to her when I see her over spring break. But I did make her a sweet card and wrote why I liked her and appreciated her and emailed that to her!i heard BC is teaching us some dance moves at the next vibe meet......

Just picked up a card, went out last night for dinner. I like the Heart Shaped Pizza thing, was actually thinking about that for tonight. The first year, I went over the top, its been on a decline the last 3.

We just enjoyed a heart-shaped pizza for lunch and will have some Italian tilapia and pasta pomodoro for dinner. No going out for dinner...just cooking and enjoying some wine! Trying to go out for dinner on Valentine's Day is just too crazy. Not into waiting for hours to get something to eat...heh.

I worked 12 hours today, and hon worked his job plus had a gig. But he did stop by my work to bring me some flowers, and pay a visit to his "baby girl" who was working with me (my dog...the one who had the cancerous mammary tumor.)
