Once you own a car you tend to notice others of the same make more readily. Driving into our area I see a Salsa Vibe and a light blue Matrix on the way to my house. Driving around the other nearby streets, I haven't seen any others. How many have other Vibes/Matrix in their neighborhood?

One red Matrix XR, 3 houses away. That is all I have seen in my Hood!

You are correct that you start noticing the same type of cars more frequenly.There aren't any other vibes in my neighborhood that I've seen. But I see one on my drive to work and usually will spot a couple on my way home.

Since Day one, I have noticed more of them popping up, whether it be a Vibe or Matrix, I remember on the way home from Detroit (Yes i bought mine out of state) i noticed at least 5 or 6 along the way, I even tried racing a Frosty GT in NC coming down by Mount Airy...(I lost, Big suprise)But in all seriousness, down here in south florida there are @ least 3 vibes and 2 matrix's where i work at, and countless ones on the road...

i got 1 guy near me with a vibe..believe it's silver..as for a car like mine..a sunfire..i dont even see many of those..specially that look like mine lol

there's a moonstone and a salsa right around the corner from me, and yet another moonstone in the parking lot at my new job.

withing 1 city block I have mine, a Matrix down the street, and a couple that has 2 Vibes on the next street. There are a lot of them is this area.

my brothers wife has a black vibe about a mile away. my boss has a moonstone matrix xrs but he lives in highland, another girl at my work has a silver matrix xr, and matrix's are rather common on the street. i have only seen 2 other vibes in the past month that ive had mine.

Two other Vibes on my street! A Neptune 2-tone and an Abyss 2-tone, both either 03 or 04.

-At the end of my street there's a white monotone base with dark dark tint.-Down the street is a neptune monotone base with dark dark tint.-At the entrance to my sub there's a new family that moved in with a shadow monotone base.-On the street next to theirs, there is an abyss monotone base.-On the same street as the abyss, there is a satellite monotone base.Quite a few Vibes in my imediate neighborhood and I've left flyers on a couple of them but none of the owners seem to be interested in the forums or modding their cars.-In the subdivisions surrounding mine, there is a dealership owner that lives down the street from my ex that has a tricked out monotone base abyss DEMO Vibe for the Pontiac dealer with rims, springs, graphics, tint, CAI and Magnaflow...of course it's a dealer demo so he isn't particularly interested in the car itself I don't think (besides, I was behind him once and he kept grinding the gears as he shifted )-Also a house with a silver Matrix and lava twotone base.-Another shadow monotone base down the street from that house.-In the sub, to the west, there is a frosty monotone base tinted out.-One of the Walgreen's pharmacy Techs on the corner drives a monotone Abyss GT with tint.-Finally, a member on here with a monotone frosty GT with a turbo lives almost a mile south of my house. Pretty darn fast, I'm not gonna lie Out of all the Vibes I live around, the member with the turbo GT is the only one I've met up with and talked to. Very nice guy When I cruise the strips during the summer I meet alot of Vibe owners out there, alot of which are modified but they don't live in my area.I see about 5-10 Vibes on a daily basis driving to work (25 mile one way). Every so often I will see one of the guys that used to be a member on here a while ago but left. He's got a lava monotone with springs, black rims, tint, exhaust, and a ski rack. I'm generally in my Taurus so he wouldn't recognize me if I waved.

Late the other night, I saw one like mine brand new with the dealer tags on it drive past me as I stopped at the mailbox. I watched where it turned and didn't see it come back down, so I'm assuming it's owner lives in my complex. On the next street there's a red lava that is parked on the street, and I sometimes see a 2-tone Neptune on one of the other streets. I once saw a platinum get pulled over on the main street, and I've seen another Platinum with the spoiler kit pull into the gas station on the main street. Then there's my Mom, LOL.In the traffic to/from work I usually see maybe 2 a day. I'm noticing them almost every day now...but then again maybe I'm in traffic too much. At work I used to see a lava AWD, but now I occasionally see an Abyss with a baby on board tag on it.
