Given that I have the white-faced gauges on the Cobalt, I might be a bit biased but I really like that look! Very nice mod!

They're put out by a company called US Speedo (http://www.usspeedo.com). My particular set I bought from another guy on the G6 forums. That is why my kit has those little cuts all around the needle stems (dunno why he did that) and why I have a lot of "bruises" on the face. I'll eventually buy a new overlay direct from the company, when I have the money.It's not a whole cluster. It's very easy to do. The clear lens separates from the rest of the cluster with only a few clips, and the actual face of the gauges is just a piece of plastic. Here's the stock one:
