I'm about ready to install my lowering springs. My question is do I have to remove the rear interior panels to remove the rear struts?

Yes, you have to remove the floor panel and everything under the rear seat to reach the rear strut nuts.

Interior side panels? No, just the floor storage compartment door and trays.

If you have an air ratchet with an elbow adapter for a socket it will be easy.
