Access to license plate bulbs ? ?

Has anyone changed out their license plate bulbs? One of mine has blown out and I cannot figure out what to take apart in order to get to the lamp. Thanks

Theres a little plastic 'hatch/panel' on the inside of the hatch that you pull off to gain access to them.

So, get those things changed ok? I put LED's in mine, but they arent very bright.

I installed some led's in mine, too. Got the idea from my brother -in-law. He put his in so it would shoot a beam of blue light down both sides of the license plate. It looks really cool! But I tried it with red led's and got pulled over by the cops cause it wasn't bright enough cause I guess you need to be able to read it like 50 feet away. I don't know, cop was an azz hat. Came up to me with his gun drawn.
