Colouring Books (hard to find nowadays)

So I was out doing a bit of xmas shopping this morning and decided to pick up some crayons and a colouring book for my nephew. I had a really hard time finding these. It seems that mostly markers are sold now but I did manage to find a 16 pack of crayolas. What ever happened to the 64 pack with the built in sharpener! A colouring book is even harder to find. Walmart only had about 2 of them. So I went to Toys R Us and got a Tonka one but they didn't have much more selection than Walmart. It's really sad you know. There was tons of selection for meaningless things like DVD's and games that go on the TV so they can sit there all day and stare at the television and not have to use their imaginations. It's no wonder so many of them are in the state they're in.

This is funny--my mom and sister and I were JUST talking about this at Thanksgiving. Most books you find have stickers and puzzles and all kinds of other stuff--not just nice pictures to color....like 'back in the day'. I do have a cherished box of 96 Crayolas. I haven't done it for a long time, but coloring used to relax me after a long day. I could just sit and color pictures in coloring books and feel a lot better about life!

you could always just come to PA in the states. Just about five to ten mins away from my house is the crayola factory and buy it directly from the factory and get a tour while your at it

And there is always online purchasing. Might have to wait for a few days to get it, but you won't have to deal with the retards at the stores. And much better selection.
