its been REALLY cold here lately... thought i would share with you those temps i was complaining about when someone wished that they had some snow.http://calsun.canoe.ca/News/Al....htmlit just started to warm up a little but wow... that -40 is enough to make me want to move south.

Keep the cold up there!!! LOLReally warm here. 65F right now, suppose to hit 70. Not bad for dec. 01. This weekend it's going down to normal...mid 40's during the day.

It's supposed to hit 80 here today, then drop into the 50's for the weekend. Too bad we couldn't have it snow with temps in the 50's. I'd go for that!

Yeah I feel for you guys in that cold snap - we've been getting unseasonably mild weather here in Southern Ontario - but that broke today and winters starting to lay in pretty quick.Back when I used to live in Thunder Bay, Ontario - it was pretty common that the last week of December 'till the middle of January was usually cold. And I'm talking daytime HIGHs of -30°C, night lows of -35°I used to drive around and boost peoples cars for extra cash as a teenager

These temps are not unusual to us... but in November it's a little early. Lot's of snow and all the hills are open. We will see this again 2 or 9 more times . But the chinook winds will save us and warm us up just as often. Our weather is really really messed up.I just put on the Thule snowboard rack on my forester and my hands are frozen. The wind is bitter, even though its warmed up... all the way to -10c. Feels like spring

That's just wrong!

It may be cold now but the skiing conditions at Lake Louise are excellent with almost all runs open already. And only a couple of hours away. I live right beside Mont Ste. Marie and they haven't even started making snow yet and it's only 1,250 ft. vertical. Yesterday it was 57F (14C).

3 cheers to 77 degrees and sun, anyone want to move to Florida yet?
