My brother has a check engine light on his 2005 1zz vibe. I took the handy dandy OB2 car reader and I received the following codes:Four codes all together ,only two different ones.1. PO4552. PO4413. PO4414. PO455PO441=Evaporative Emissions Control SystemIncorrect purge flow.PO455=Evaporative Emissions Control SystemLeak detected. Gross leak.I am going to check if its the gas cap and clear the codes to see it comes up again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.XRTIM

Thanks for the quick response. My brother decided to take it to the dealer. I did not have time to try the easy fixes. I forgot to mention he was rearended and some of the exhaust was replaced. Thanks again for your time.

I have P0440, P0441, and P0446. Scanguage clears them every time. I'll be waiting to hear what the fix for P0441 is. '04 Base w/42k.

The EVAP canister is under the vehicle, at the rear. It may have been damaged in the accident. The P0455 basically says that the pressure test for the EVAP canister detected a leak during it's series of tests. Keep us posted...

FYI: According to my brother, the dealer found a micro-crack on the fuel tank filler pipe. Dealer replaced it at no charge.

I am still going through the whole PCM recall issue. Meaning it had to be fixed BEFORE GM agreed they had a problem. A couple thousands later...still no resolve... See for more discussions on PVhttp://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/WebX/.f0dad00/111I now have error code PO441, PO455, P2195 and though the mechanic did regular maintenance (filters, gas line check, cap checks, $510 later)..he could NOT find a problem. Went to a 2nd mechanic and no charges later they could NOT find the problem either so they took off the engine light. Anybody have any of the same issues. I'm basically driving the car with a hope and a prayer each time.
