Welcome to GenVibe! You have an AWD with a cable throttle so you can pretty much choose from any intake available. You are able to get the same intake for the '03-'06 Vibe base & Vibe AWD, '03-'06 Matrix Base, Matrix XR & Matrix 4WD. This is only because the AWD has a cable throttle. B-Crush, thanks for the info. Possible part #'s for the sites you have posted? Also, I heard/Read that the MAF sensor or something like that, was different bewteen the years of first production and presenst day. Also that it (the sensor) could not fit on the intake pipe, along with the intake not fitting to the pipe. k&n part #("S)69-8601 and 69-8600

Search those sites for applications for the Vibe. The MAF sensor has not changed. It will fit on all of the intake pipes that are made for our cars. Not sure where you are getting your that incorrect info from. It is smart of you to ask about it here on GenVibe though. Search for '03-'04 Vibe Base or Matrix XR as well as the '03-'06 Vibe AWD and Matrix XR 4WD.

So the GT, and Base models have different Throttle bodies? Also, I have read on here that some have to "modify" the intake kit, or a hose leading to the engine.

Yes they are different. You will not have to modify yours since you have a cable throttle. The people modifying theirs have the electronic throttle. Those are the '05+ Base Vibes only (not AWD or GT)
