Interesting idea

Flipping through the channels today and saw this on Fox News.http://flirtingintraffic.com/Signup for free and then you get a sticker in the mail with an ID number on it. Put it on your car and then if somebody notices you on the road they just go to the site and enter their ID number in and they message you.Pretty good idea.
