Afraid of laptops?

True story, just told to me minutes ago...One of people in my office is in a friends office training class today. She comes in, looks around and says I have never been trained on a laptop. He says OK, it is pretty much the same as your desktop. Log on to yours now for starters.She try's, stops and says this is too confusing! He says what? Why? He said just enter the numbers after the letters. She says I did and it beeps at me, here you try. He comes over and says show me what you did. She types the letters and then hits the F keys for the numbers and of course it beeps!
